Booking & Reservations
How do I book a ride with Pacifica?
You can book online through our Reservations page, call us, or message us on WhatsApp. We recommend booking at least 2 hours in advance, though we often accommodate last-minute requests.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 to 4 hours before your ride. Airport pickups are best booked the day before when possible.
Can I book a round trip?
Yes. For flexible itineraries, choose Hourly Chauffeur and select your booked hours.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Reservations can be modified or canceled up to 2 hours before pickup with no charge. Within 2 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.
Airport Pickups
Do you track my flight?
Yes. We monitor all flights in real time, so your chauffeur automatically adjusts if your flight is early or delayed.
How long will my driver wait if my flight is late?
At SAN we provide 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from wheels-down. At LAX we provide 90 minutes.
Where exactly do I meet my driver at the airport?
Your driver will meet you inside baggage claim with a name sign when Meet & Greet is selected, or at the designated pickup zone outside arrivals.
Pricing & Payment
How is pricing determined?
Airport transfers use a fixed base route price in USD plus any selected vehicle adjustment and extras. Hourly chauffeur rides use hourly pricing times booked hours.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price shown includes tolls, airport fees, and fuel surcharges where applicable.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and can support invoicing for approved corporate accounts.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes. Corporate accounts can receive monthly invoicing, priority dispatch, and negotiated pricing.
Vehicles & Drivers
What vehicles are available?
Our fleet includes Business Sedans, Business SUVs, and Executive Vans for larger groups.
Are your drivers background-checked?
All Pacifica chauffeurs undergo background checks, DMV verification, and service training before their first ride.
Can I request a specific driver?
Yes. Mention the driver when booking and we will do our best to assign them, subject to availability.
Do you offer child seats?
Yes. Child seats are available as a paid extra during booking and are added to the total in USD.
